Rob EOMRob Henderson has been selected as the Department of Medicine Employee of the Month for April 2014!   He was notified Thursday, April 10th, by Jason Daniel, DOM Executive Administrator.  Rob is the Project Specialist for facilities in the Department of Medicine Chair’s Office.

Rob is responsible for the planning and management of all facilities renovations and modifications in the Department with special expertise in laboratory space.   He has been involved in these activities for the Department since 1985.   Rob understands the importance of having a solid, optimally functioning infrastructure to facilitate the success of our research mission.   The constant theme in all the Employee of the Month nominations received for Rob is that he only produces work of the highest quality and that he will make sure things are done right the first time. He is renowned as someone you can count on to tell the truth and to give outstanding advice and counsel in determining the best way of configuring and modifying space, balancing cost against achieving results of the highest quality possible.   Rob is equally at ease with world renowned scientists and basic lab techs and listens to every need with respect.   He is a calm reassuring presence in an emergency and with his wealth of knowledge is THE MAN in coming up with ingenious solutions to calamities.

Please join us in congratulating Rob for being selected as Department of Medicine Employee of the Month for April 2014!   The Department of Medicine Chair’s Office will host a reception in his honor on April 29, 2014 at 2:30 PM in the West Pavilion Conference Center, Conference Room E.
