Cancellation. There will be a $50.00 cancellation fee for cancellations received prior to August 8, 2017. After August 8, no refunds will be given for cancellations. UAB reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the conference due to unforeseen circumstances.

CME Certification/PRA Credit. The University Of Alabama, School of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The University of Alabama School of Medicine designates this live education activity for a maximum of 14.25 “AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.” Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
