Clinic Overview A comprehensive neuropsychological evaluation involves reviewing available medical, academic, and specialist (mental health, speech/language, etc.) records, conducting clinical interviews with the patient and family, and performing psychometric testing of diverse brain-based abilities such as intellectual, executive, attention, memory, language, visuospatial, motor, psychological, and adaptive abilities. Findings are then incorporated into a detailed report with specific recommendations for any needed services. The written report is sent to the family (and anyone else they specify) to provide a plan of action that can be incorporated into any medical, academic, or other treatment/service program.
