Tinsley Harrison Internal Medicine Residency Program                        Excellence Without Ego
At UAB, providing culturally responsive healthcare is a priority. We strive to provide the best of care to all our patients, and to ensure that we meet the needs of our diverse community. With diversity in leadership, faculty, residents, and staff, our patient population will benefit from innovative ideas that will decrease healthcare disparities. The Diversity Enrichment Committee is working towards this goal, focusing efforts to attract under-represented applicants to our Internal Medicine Residency Program and promoting a culture of inclusiveness. We are proud of the excellent clinical, learning, and research environment at UAB and our commitment to our residents’ success.
