Neurology residents see a large variety of patients each week, which provides an opportunity to present a number of interesting cases.
Professor Rounds are held Wednesday afternoons from 1:00-2:00 unless otherwise specified, in the Department of Neurology Conference Room (Sparks Center Room 330). A selected resident will present an interesting case to be determined by the ward chiefs. Cases should be presented thoroughly yet concisely with the results of all studies available. Particular attention should be made to the neurological examination and formulating a differential diagnosis. Video taping of interesting cases can be arranged. The faculty may choose to do a topic review on occasion. One week will be devoted to presentation of a behavioral neurology case or a behavioral neurology topic.
