His textbook published in 2001, the Color Atlas of Nerve Biopsy Pathology, contains more than 300 photographs, micrographs, and line drawings, including some 260 color illustrations. The atlas offers a clear picture of commonly used techniques for nerve biopsies. It also features new diagnostic techniques and clinicopathological correlations, all in a framework designed for quick reference and easy learning. This work is based on his personal experience with 2,500 nerve biopsies collected during the past 30 years at UAB. Dr. Oh's previous textbooks include Principles of Clinical Electromyography: Case Studies (1998, translated and published in Japan, Korea and Turkey); Electromyography: Neuromuscular Transmission Studies (1988, 2nd edition 1993); and Clinical Electromyography: Nerve Conduction Studies (1984, 2nd edition 1993, 3rd edition 2003).
