Grace Kennedy, third-year medical student, has been selected for the Fulbright-Fogarty Fellowship in Public Health and plans to conduct malaria research in Ghana.

As year one of medical school comes to a close, our co-coordinators reached out to a few of their fellow MS1s to chat about what this year has meant to them, what they’ve enjoyed the most, and how it has lived up to or differed from their expectations.
Kathrin Zimmerman, a third-year medical student, was awarded a position as a Paul Farmer Global Surgery Research Associate, and she recieved support from the Office of International Medical Education to help make this dream a reality.
