Pre-registration for this meeting is no longer available.  Please register onsite.  You can expedite the process by completing the registration form in advance and bringing it with you. 

REGISTRATION! Early registration ends March 15, 2013. If you register by postal mail, payment must accompany the registration form and must be postmarked by March 15, 2013 to avoid a late fee. Late or on-site registration costs an additional $30, which must be paid prior to attending the conference.

Cancellation: There will be a $50 cancellation fee for cancellations received prior to Friday, March 22, 2013, after which time there will be no refunds.

Email Address: An email address must be provided on your registration form if you would like to receive your registration confirmation and other notifications regarding the conference.
