Dr. Mullins is a comprehensive ophthalmologist who provides a wide array of clinical services for conditions including cataracts, dry eye, diabetes, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and contact lenses as well as trauma and emergency services.

Dr. Mullins sees patients daily at the clinic on the Birmingham St. Vincent's campus, and she can provide same- or next-day appointments for new and returning patients. She performs cataract and other outpatient surgeries at the UAB Callahan Eye Hospital.

She completed her residency at the UAB Callahan Eye Hospital, and served as chief resident during her last year of training. A native of Louisiana, Dr. Mullins received her medical degree from LSU Health Sciences Shreveport, and is a member of Alpha Omega Alpha and the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Alabama Academy of Ophthalmology, and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
