Dr. Nagia joined the faculty as an assistant professor of ophthalmology in 2013. Dr. Nagia is a neuro-ophthalmologist and in addition to her clinical practice, she will be pursuing research focusing on non-glaucomatous optic neuropathies.

Dr. Nagia completed her ophthalmology residency training at Valley Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas, Nev., followed by a fellowship in medical retina at Koch Eye Associates in Warwick, R.I. She concluded a second fellowship in neuro-ophthalmology at Michigan State University.
