Research in TBI
TBI Classification Study - This is a study to develop a comprehensive list of symptoms of TBI and, based on this list, creates a classification system for persons with TBI utilizing symptoms, and barriers and facilitators for community integration. Some neuropsychological testing is involved.
Eligibility
- have a history of TBI of any severity;
- be between the ages of 19-64;
- be cognitively capable of providing consent; and
-
able to come to SRC to respond to interview questions for a 3-4 hr time period.
You will be paid $75 for completing the assessment & possibility of a follow-up call at 6 months for a $25 gift card..

This research project is lead by the Rehabilitation Research and Training Center (RRTC) on Developing Strategies to Foster Community Integration and Participation (CIP) for Individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) at TIRR Memorial Hermann and Baylor College of Medicine.
