The Addiction Recovery Program offers a Trauma Recovery track that meets once a week for six weeks.  The goal is to help men and women process the origin of feelings such as shame, fear, hurt and anger.  Traumatized people often function in a state of anxiety or dysfunction while feeling hopeless or resentful.  Unaddressed feelings can be attached to the core issues that that contribute to relapse.  The Trauma track helps people identify and process feelings and learn how to set functional boundaries.
