About Adult Ambulatory

 The Adult Division has eight psychiatrists and one psychologist, all of whom specialize in adult psychiatry. The Center for Psychiatric Medicine is located in a world class hospital with a wide array of other specialties available for complicated diagnostic problems. Unique among university-based adult psychiatric treatment centers, one of the Adult Division’s psychiatrists is trained as a psychoanalyst. This clinician is highly qualified to work with those patients whose treatment requires in-depth psychotherapy. Clinicians have years of experience in conducting intensive psychotherapy with patients who present with a broad spectrum of emotional problems.
