Gamble, K.L. (2013). “A time to sleep and a time to eat: lessons from hospital night shift workers.” William C. Dement Sleep and Chronobiology Retreat, Brown University, Providence, RI.
This was a presentation made at a retreat.

This presentation focused on how circadian misalignment induced by a shift work environment perturbs timing of sleep and eating, which then can impact metabolic outcome and cognitive function.
