Open surgery,  minimally invasive endoscopic pituitary and skull base surgery, endoscopic treatment of colloid cysts, and other tumors, Gamma Knife radiosurgery, Awake craniotomies with intraoperative mapping

Vascular (aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations "AVMs", A-V fistulas, cartotid stenosis)

Open Surgery, Endovascular treatments including carotid stenting and endartectomy, Gamma Knife radiosurgery

Spine (cervical stenosis, lumbar stenosis, disc herniations, spinal fractures, spinal instability, spinal tumors and infections, pain syndromes )

Surgery (including instrumentation; open and minimally-invasive techniques), radiosurgery, kyphoplasty, spinal cord stimulator placement

Epilepsy

Surgery (diagnostic procedures, therapeutic resections, vagal nerve stimulation)

Trauma (Cranial and Spine)

Treatment of Traumatic  of the brain and spinal conditions

Functional (Parkinson's Disease, Essential Tremor, Dystonia, Trigeminal Neuralgia, spasticity, pain syndromes)

Hydrocephalus (Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus= "NPH", obstructive hydrocephalus)
