On April 24th, we will host our 2nd Annual Percussion Ensemble Festival, with Dr. Blake Tyson (from the University of Central Arkansas) as our guest. During the day, several area high school percussion ensembles will perform on the Alys Stephens Center stage for comments and critique by Dr. Tyson and Dr. GeneFambrough, Assistant Professor of Percussion at UAB. Dr. Tyson will also present a clinic for all interested students as well.
