The University of Alabama System Board of Trustees appointed Raymond E. Ideker, M.D., Ph.D., professor emeritus in the Division of Cardiovascular Disease during its meeting Feb. 3, 2012.
Ideker, who retired in December 2011, joined UAB as a professor of medicine and physiology in 1994.
