The University of Alabama System Board of Trustees has appointed John C. Hauth, M.D., professor emeritus in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the UAB School of Medicine during its meeting Nov. 5, 2010.
Hauth received his medical degree from the Medical College of Alabama and joined the UAB faculty in 1987. He was chair of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology from 2001 to 2009.
