Thirty-four percent of UAB employees donated $1.82 million in 2012, and this year’s goal is $1.85 million

Non-profit agencies that provide service, education or research can apply for a Benevolent Fund Independent Agency Grant now through Jan. 18.

UAB’s 2012 Benevolent Fund Campaign goal is to “Give Help, Give Hope” to fellow employees and the Birmingham community.

UAB faculty, staff and students responded to those in need in the aftermath of the April 27 tornadoes, and they know more work will need to be done in the coming months.
