Join the Parkinson Association of Alabama for the 4th Annual Alabama Parkinson’s Fighter Walk, raising money for Parkinson’s disease research at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. The 1-mile walk begins at 9 a.m. Saturday, March 5, at the Samford University Track, 600 University Park Place, Homewood. Cost to register is $30.
All of the net proceeds of the walk will support research at UAB into therapies for Parkinson’s disease.
