Ivey named AANP Fellow

The mission of the AANP is to lead nurse practitioners in transforming patient centered health care.

Jean Ivey, D.S.N., N.P., associate professor in the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) School of Nursing, has been selected as a Fellow of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), the largest full-service national professional membership organization for nurse practitioners of all specialties, representing the interests of the approximately 155,000 nurse practitioners around the country. The mission of the AANP is to lead nurse practitioners in transforming patient centered health care.
