The University of Alabama System Board of Trustees named Warren W. Arrasmith, D.M.D., the first holder of the Thomas W. Jones Endowed Professorship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Dentistry during its meeting on Sept. 13, 2013. Arrasmith joined the UAB faculty in 1994.
