The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) Women and Girls Business Network will host a weeklong “Girls in Business” roundtable featuring sessions to introduce young women to the world of entrepreneurship June 24-28, 2013, in Cudworth Hall, 1919 University Blvd. The seminars are part of the UAB Minority Business Training and Development Program.
The program is for women ages 12-18. Topics will include writing a business plan, public speaking, internet and social etiquette, green environmental practices.
