UAB Music Technology Summer Camps

The UAB Summer Music Technology Camps will offer students the chance to learn about the tools used in today’s recording industry and in film and television production.

Ages: Grades 7-12

When: Two one-week camps available: June 10-14 and June 24-28, 2013

Hours: 9 a.m.-4 p.m.

Description: The UAB Summer Music Technology Camps provide a unique opportunity for middle and high school students to learn about the tools used in today’s recording industry and in film and television production. Students will learn to use Pro Tools, Reason, Garage Band, Sibelius and more. They can record their own music, spend lots of time with the latest technology and meet other young people who have the same interests.  

Cost$325/week or $600 for both weeks.
