Biography MSN Samford University BSN Samford University< Diploma Carraway Methodist Hospital School of Nursing Experience Ms. Dudley is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner, and her teaching experience includes: Foundations of Professional Nursing, Practicum, Basic Nursing and Health Assessment Skills, Pharmacology, Health Assessment for the Advanced Generalist, and Adult Nurse Practitioner program. Her faculty practice sites include Wylam Adult Day Health Care and Magnolia Creek Residential Center for Eating Disorders. Ms. Dudley has served as the Student Nurses’ Association at UAB faculty advisor since 2006. In addition to her work at the school, she works part-time as Nurse Practitioner specializing in nutrition in hospitalized patients. Prior to joining the School of Nursing on a full-time basis, Ms. Dudley worked part-time as a teaching assistant at UAB School of Nursing and full-time as a Nurse Practitioner for cardiothoracic surgeons. Additional work experience includes working as a Nurse Manager at the Endoscopy Center at Medical Center East for 15 years, 2 years medical/oncology as a staff nurse, 7 years in medical-surgical, and 5 years in pediatrics.
