Mapping a Personal Leadership Journey

On April 1 and 2, 2014, the Office of Professional Development presented a two-day workshop titled Mapping and Sustaining a Personal Leadership Journey.  The interactive leadership development workshop held at the Carraway Davie House and Conference Center targeted early to mid-career nurse leaders and included didactic as well as facilitated group activities.  Participants learned about their personal leadership strengths to create a leadership development plan with strategies for success.
