Campus Escort is an on-demand shuttle service that carried over 29,500 passengers in FY 09.  Almost half of these rode the Remote Shuttle, a van system that carries medical center employees from patient discharge at West Pavilion to the remote parking lots.  No call is necessary to ride the Remote shuttle; vans pick up at the discharge area on 10-minute intervals.  For details on the hours of operation, click "Overview & Hours" to the left.

Some student fees are contributed toward the operation of the Campus Escort Service.  Six drivers are available to provide escort across campus and each school has an automatic ring-down phone for easy access to the service.  If you want to call directly, dial 205-934-8772.
