|Charlotte McLendon is the Administrative Associate to the Assistant Vice President & Chief of Police. Ms. McLendon oversees the day-to-day operations for the Office of the Chief of Police which includes but not limited to: maintaining the Chief’s meeting calendar, organizing divisional and interdepartmental meetings, lectures/seminars, award ceremonies and events, and luncheon arrangements. Ms. McLendon provides secretarial support, often of a high level or confidential nature, in support of departmental operations. Ms. McLendon answers routine and non-routine inquiries; composes, types and proofs correspondence; makes copies; answers phones; takes and relays messages; makes travel arrangements; maintains office supplies; and keeps records.

Ms. Baker coordinates subordinate staff schedules, sets work priorities, and ensures that departmental operations function in an efficient and effective manner. Ms. Baker coordinates special projects as assigned and processes personnel action forms. Ms. Baker assures to the timely maintenance of employee departmental records, including performance appraisals, counseling documentation, and time records.
