The Law Enforcement Bicycle Association (LEBA) exists to further the training, education, professionalism and unity of Police bicycle patrol officers. The Association anticipates or recognizes and responds to needs and opportunities in these areas through:

LEBA offers three levels of basic certifications taught by our nationally certified instructors. Each of our instructors is required to complete a 40 hour basic certification and be recommended to attend the national instructor school, held only once per year. Only after being hand picked can that officer attend the rigorous 48 hour instructor school. What does this mean to you?
