Police Reports
The Records section of Property and Records is responsible for the receipt and maintenance of all reports of police operations to include:- Incident and Offense Reports (Local and City)
- Accident Reports
- Arrest Reports
- Hospital Administrative Reports
- Supplemental Reports
- Alarm Status Reports
A copy of a police report is $5.00, cash or check only, therefore, we are unable to send a copy by facsimile (fax).
Come to UAB Police Headquarters, 1117 14th Street South, between the hours of 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, closed on official UAB Holidays.
Accident reports can also be purchased on line via the Alabama Department of Public Safety website: http://dps.alabama.gov/
