Current information is essential to maintaining the integrity of the data within the HR Administrative system; therefore, certain changes in personal status should be reflected in an employee’s personnel record as soon as possible. Of particular importance are changes of name, address, telephone number, dependents, and beneficiaries.
Oracle Self Service may be used for name, address and telephone changes. Dependent(s), beneficiary or insurance changes must be updated directly with the HR Benefits Office.
