Experience with performing angiogenesis and vasculogenesis assays “in vitro”.  Experience isolating EPC subsets using flow cytometry (both FACSCalibur and FACSAria), using immunomagnetic beads. Assist with creating realistic cellular environment to study cells complex behavior and confocal microscope.

The successful candidate will hold a PhD degree in Cell Biology or Biological Sciences or related field.   Applicants with a strong background in cell signaling or angiogenesis are welcome to apply. Applicants should demonstrate past research productivity with preference given to candidates with experience in cell biology, cell signaling, cell culture, protein assays and use of mouse models.
