All UAB undergraduate and graduate students will be required to have 50 percent of their account balance paid by 10 days before the fall 2011 term starts Friday, Aug. 5. The remaining account balance must be paid 30 days after the drop/add deadline on Friday, Sept. 23. To ensure that they are prepared to meet the new payment deadline, students should apply for 2011-12 Financial Aid now so awards will be in place by Aug. 5.
