Information:
Brent A. Gage, Ph.D., serves as associate provost for enrollment management. He has oversight of all enrollment management functions, including undergraduate admission, registrar, international recruitment and student services, new student programs, processing operations, the one-stop Blazer Enrollment Center, financial aid and scholarships.
Gage came to UAB from Northern Illinois University (NIU), for which he was assistant vice provost for enrollment services. Before joining NIU, Gage was associate dean of undergraduate admissions at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Gage earned his bachelor of science degree at the University of Nebraska at Kearney, his master of science in education from Eastern Illinois University and his doctorate in educational leadership, administration and foundations at Indiana State University. He is a member of and a senior consulting partner for the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admission Officers (AACRAO).
