Want to get in better shape? Learn about the PHITE study

Are you 18–27 years old, in good health, and wish you had a personal trainer? You may qualify for the PHITE study. PHITE is a randomized exercise dose response trial to better understand how exercise induces health benefits. Visit www.uab.edu/PHITE-trial; participants receive supervised exercise training with certified trainers, valuable information about their health, and up to $500 compensation for their time. Funded by the US Department of Defense.
