Q: What happens if an account number is listed under our APN and is incorrect?
A: Please email
arpbioware@uab.edu with a copy of the IACUC Approval Notice for the APN in question and we will make the changes in Bioware. If there is an error in the IACUC Approval Notice then you will need to contact the IACUC first for resolution at which time a new IACUC Approval Notice will be issued with the proper information.
Q: If I receive a new award and APN number, will my credentials automatically appear in Bioware under that APN?
A: For the investigator, yes, with the exception of the account number which will need to be added. For the staff on that protocol, they will need to be added.
