|Dr. Granger has over 40 years of experience in Respiratory Therapy including Clinical and Academic Education positions. Dr. Granger is a Scientist in the UAB Lung Health Center and the UAB Minority Health and Research Center. Research Interests include Mathematical Modeling of physiologic systems.
Dr. Granger received his BA Degree in Microbiology from the University of South Florida, Tampa Florida in 1974. He received his PhD in Physiology from the Medical College of Georgia, Augusta Georgia in 1983. Dr. Granger is an active member of the Alabama Society for Respiratory Care (ASRC), American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC), and the American Physiological Society (APS).
