Respiratory Therapy

RST IconThe Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Therapy Program will prepare you to take a leadership role in any clinical setting. The UAB Respiratory Therapy Program is one of only two baccalaureate programs in the state of Alabama dedicated to training future respiratory care practitioners (RCP). Respiratory therapists care for patients, from adults to premature children, who have trouble breathing due to chronic respiratory disease or other ailments.
