Health Care Management Info Session March 8

health care managementYahoo said health care management is the number one degree employers’ love. It’s a degree you can earn at UAB while continuing to work so you can pursue a management position in the health care industry after graduation. Find out more about earning a bachelor’s degree in health care management at an info session on Friday, March 8 from noon-3 p.m. at the UAB Learning Resource Center room 104.

Students have the option to choose from three tracks:

·         Generalist manager: open to all students

·         Undergraduate students who plan to seek admission to a graduate program in a health related area such as health administration, health informatics, occupational therapy, physical therapy, medicine or public health

·         Graduates of certificate and/or degree programs who are credentialed or licensed in a health professions discipline

The health care management program works around your schedule offering full-time and part-time options as well as evening and online classes to allow students to continue to work while pursuing a degree.
