MSHA alumna Dudley promoted to COO

Dudley has worked for Princeton's administration team for four years. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the UAB School of Health Professions nationally ranked Master of Science in Health Administration program in 2010.

“I am confident that Sarah will be successful in her new role as she has a strong track record of accomplishments at Princeton," said Princeton President Betsy Postlethwait in a statement from Baptist Health Systems. "I am pleased that we are able to grow and develop new leadership within Princeton and Baptist Health System that will continue to benefit our employees, patients and the communities we serve."

According to the statement, Dudley also serves as chair of the Leadership Institute for the Junior League of Birmingham, president of the Young Leaders Board of American Heart Association and is a continuing member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

In January 2012, Dudley was promoted to the position of assistant administrator at Princeton Baptist Medical Center in Birmingham. She previously served at Princeton in the role of director of operations and business development.
