SHPBThe UAB Center for Health Organization Transformation (CHOT) is a research collaborative between academic organizations and health industry partners with the goal of conducting research to support managerial, clinical, and technological innovations in healthcare. UAB/CHOT is funded jointly by the National Science Foundation (www.chotnsf.org/), and current industry partners (Alacare Home Health & Hospice, Lakeshore Foundation, Opelousas General Health System, UAB Health System, and York Risk Group).
