2018 NCHL ConferenceThe National Center for Healthcare Leadership’s 2018 Human Capital Investment Conference is November 13 – 14, 2018. The annual event, which this year is themed The Arriving Future, also features the Gail L. Warden Leadership Excellence Award.

Christy Harris Lemak, Ph.D., chair and professor, Department of Health Services Administration, is a speaker at the Award dinner that honors Nancy Howell Agee. Agee is president and CEO of Carilion Clinic, in Roanoke, Virginia, and chair of the American Hospital Association. Lemak is a member of the Center's board and co-chair of the Warden Leadership Excellence Selection Committee. The department is part of the NCHL Leadership Excellence Networks (LENS) group. 

National Center for Healthcare Leadership President and Board Chair Tim Rice said, “Nancy has been at the forefront of inspiring change in the ongoing quest to make health care better and more affordable, and improving the field with significant and lasting contributions.”
