Craig Deao has been the research and development leader and a member of the senior executive team for Studer Group since 2006. Mr. Deao is a national speaker on topics related to organizational excellence, quality and patient safety. He served as one of the leaders of Studer Group’s Baldrige journey and now spends most weeks working inside healthcare organizations with boards, medical staffs and executives to help them design their own journeys to excellence. Mr. Deao previously served in several capacities at VHA Inc. in Irving, Texas.
