Graduate Research Assistant
Originally from New Haven, WV, Keith Pearson received his B.S. in dietetics with a minor in psychology from Marshall University. During his time at Marshall, Keith had the opportunity to work with the staff in Jamie Oliver’s kitchen that was featured on the first series of Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution. After completing his degree, Keith was also named the Outstanding Dietetic Student in a Didactic Program in Dietetics for the state of West Virginia by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. He is currently interested in researching the manner in which dietary patterns affect cardiometabolic health outcomes. Outside of school, Keith enjoys ethnic cuisine, running, theology, and laughing with friends.
