The Collegiate Recovery Community offers finals week meditation to studentsDuring the week of Dec. 11-14 join members of the Collegiate Recovery Community for finals week stress relieving activities. From 6-6:45 p.m. all students can come to the Wellness House, located at 1715 9th Ave. South, for a free program on reflection and meditation. Each day a different student leader will begin a meditation activity followed by a short discussion with the group. Come fellowship with other students, relieve stress during finals week as well as develop a self-care strategy to make your academic endeavors more manageable.
