UAB Office for Study Away

A great education knows no boundaries. Through UAB Study Away, you can venture to locales both familiar and exotic to take in the sights—and the insights—of different cultures, and return an engaged citizen of the world.

Our mission at the Office for Study Away is to prepare our students for success in the globalized world by administering and establishing high-quality study away opportunities.

With UAB's Study Away program, our students are going places!

Study Away Fair

Join us for our Fall 2014 Study Away Fair! At the fair, students can browse programs, ask questions, and enjoy free coffee and snacks. In attendance will be UAB Office for Study Away staffers, UAB professors hosting Summer 2015 faculty-led trips, and 3rd party program representatives.

The fair is on Thursday, September 18, 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. in Sterne Library 174. See you there!
