UAB Students can help end student hunger by donating five dollars to purchase
non-perishable items at Commons on the Green

Students at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) will have the opportunity to donate non-perishable items to fellow blazer students through the Campus Dining Pack the Pantry event.

From November 15 - 17 students can make donations at the Commons on the Green dining hall during any time of day. A five-dollar donation can be made in dining dollars, Blazer Bucks, cash or via credit/debit card.

The donations from this event will supply food pantries for Student Outreach, Denman Hall, as well as Blazer Kitchen. Any remaining items will be donated to the local Birmingham food pantry, Community Food Bank of Central Alabama.
