In Netscape, the browser should give you the choice of opening this or saving it directly. Internet Explorer will open it in MS Word and then you need to click on the File at the top left and then choose "Save as" from the menu.

Save to your own disc (a floppy, please, if you are using one of the departmental general use graduate student computers). You can type directly to the file on the computer and a submit printed hardcopy for signatures. When approved, submit the hard copy to Dr. Watts and also send the file as a Word document (without signatures) to Freddie (foglesby@uab.edu). Use additional space as needed by insertion of additional lines. This report is cumulative for your career. If you have been here more than one year, highlight accomplishments from June 1, 2001 through May 31, 2002.
