Dr. Geiger represents the American Association for Health Education (AAHE) as a Non-governmental Organization (NGO) engaged in planning improvements to public policy for global health issues. He has also participated in meetings of international delegates from NGOs related to implementation of the Millennium Development Goals in NYC, Melbourne, Australia and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Dr. Geiger has also provided input about health and wellbeing related to sustainable development within the Rio+20 Compilation Document representing views of Member States, Major Groups including Civil Society, and UN System.
