The purpose of the Anthropology Club is to provide a forum for students, undergraduate and graduate, and community members to meet and discuss anthropology and to organize anthropology related activities. People interested in learning about human cultures across the world over large stretches of time are welcome! We have group meetings, discussions, presentations, movies, and field trips throughout the year. There is also a service element to club participation that includes educational outreach to children and young adults in the public schools and community of Birmingham through the UAB Anthro-Teach program.
